Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or using PayTicker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use PayTicker.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PayTicker for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input and for verifying calculations against official payroll records. PayTicker is a visualization tool, not an official timekeeping system.

4. Subscriptions

Premium features are available via subscription billed through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PAYTICKER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee accuracy of earnings calculations, location tracking, or uninterrupted service. Always verify with your employer's official records.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYTICKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR EARNINGS DISCREPANCIES. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD or the amount you paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property

PayTicker, including its design, logos, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your data remains yours.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and canceling any subscriptions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

10. Apple App Store Terms

These terms are between you and PayTicker, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle warranty claims. Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
